Sunil Mohal is the founding member of Ducis Management Consulting Private Limited. He is an ITIL® Expert, Managing Professional, and ITIL Strategic Leader with over three decades of industry experience working with global organizations and supporting customers around the world. Sunil has vast experience and expertise in designing the creation strategy, setting up and managing captive support centers, and supporting global organizations with hundreds of thousands of employees in fulfilling their training needs.
Training is Sunil’s passion. He is certified and an accredited trainer for all ITIL V3 levels, all ITIL 4 specialist modules, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Digital and IT Strategy, Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services, and Prince2 Practitioner.

Ajai is a Principal Consultant and Trainer par excellence with over 3,500 hours of training to his credit on best practice standards across continents. He has over 33 years of industry experience and has held senior management positions with companies such as Philips, GE, Sanyo, and BSI.

He has been working in the field of management and Management Systems since 2000.

As General Manager at BSI, he pioneered the ISMS business for British Standards Institution in India in 2001. His skills and know-how encompass Quality Health & Safety, Environment, Risk Management, Information Security and IT Service Management, and Business Continuity. He has a successful track record of nearly two decades of designing, developing, documenting, and implementing management systems based on various ISO and ISO/IEC standards leading to their certification by accredited certification bodies in the first instance.

He is well-versed with multiple international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22001, OHSAS 18000, ISO 45001, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301, and ISO/IEC 20000. He is also a leading practitioner of Data Privacy matters and is well-equipped in GDPR and other Data Protection legislation.

Daniel is a Prince2 Accredited trainer and brings with him 20 years of experience as a corporate trainer and consultant, with a specific focus in Project Management consultancy. He has successfully delivered training to over 700 participants on Project Management, Digital Literacy, Data analytics, and Technical IT.

Daniel is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and Educator and has extensive experience in the CompTIA certification series. He has built a reputation for exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction across the East Africa region, where he has worked with Marquee Clients.

Dixon Karani is an IT Strategy and Management Adviser. He is an ITIL® certified consultant and accredited trainer with diverse consulting and training experience of over 21 years in the IT industry in both Kenya and surrounding East African countries. Dixon started his career in Kenya working with IAT Ltd (a Symphony Group Company), where he trained and certified IT industry professionals in Microsoft/NOVELL/Lotus and other leading certifications of that time.

Dixon is also the founder and Secretary-General of the IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF) Kenya. ITSMF Kenya is an accredited Chapter of the itSMF International, an industry body that drives IT Service Management

He has a deep passion for the areas of cloud, virtualization, IT security, Business Continuity, Digital Transformation, the Internet of Things (IoT), and IT-OT aspects.

Kush Kaushik is an IT auditor with more than 16 years of experience in 3rd Party audits in Information Security and IT Services Management. He has Implemented the requirements of QMS (ISO 9001); ISMS (ISO 27001), ITSM (ISO 20000-1), and PCI-DSS in over 100 companies.

Kush’s other experiences include designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical business applications, using formal software engineering and project management methodologies, with Whirlpool Inc., North America, U.S.A., Wells Fargo Bank, USA.

Kush is well versed in the accreditation procedures and instrumented the accreditation of KVQA for ISO 27001 under Norwegian Accreditation and DAC accreditation. He has audited more than 15 organizations across the globe, including in the USA and India, for SSAE 18 SOC1/SOC2 for Data Centers, Fintech Organizations, Software Development Organizations, and Payroll Processing.

Mohamed brings more than two decades of solid management and training experience in initiating and delivering internationally recognized project management and business administration-related programs for both public and private sectors professionals who lead enterprise-wide transformation.

He specializes in PMO and organizational project management practices and ensures its alignment with enterprise strategic objectives.

Mohamed has been a guest speaker for Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt MBA Students of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation studies college of Business Administration, among his many initiatives for competency building programs.

Mohamed is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business administration with a major in Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Management.

Nirmalan has close to 30 years of experience in the IT industry, serving in various capacities as an Analyst Programmer, IS Auditor, Project Manager, Chief Consulting Officer (CCO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

He is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) Assessor of BCS, UK, and a Platinum Member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA. He is a visiting faculty for postgraduate and undergraduate programs for national and private university programs (including 16 universities, five professional bodies, and six Certification bodies covering 17 postgraduate, 18 undergraduate, 11 professional programs in the USA, UK, and Australia).

Nirmalan is certified and possesses expertise in Global Best Practices frameworks & Business process solutions, covering Software Engineering, IT/Service Management, Project/ Programme/Portfolio management, Change Management, Digital Transformation, IT Governance, Risk & Security, Control, and Audit. He is an accredited ITIL trainer as well.

Richa is an IT professional with deep domain expertise in various IT best practices such as IT Service Management, Agile and DevOps, and project management as well as Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 level incidents. With over 14 years of work experience in global organizations such as IBM and Ericsson Global, Richa has hands-on experience on tools such as Jenkins, Github, ServiceNow, Remedy, and Maximo.

Richa has worked as an incident manager, problem manager, change manager, capacity manager, vendor manager, process lead, and process consultant for both ITIL and SIAM.

She is an accredited trainer for ITIL, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, DevOps, and other IT best practices.

Tapti is an internationally acclaimed trainer, consultant, and auditor, specializing in delivering all the modules of ITIL Lifecycle, ITIL Capability, ITIL Expert, and ITIL4. She is a lead auditor for ISO 27001 (information security systems).

Tapti has two decades of experience in the IT Service Management Domain, which includes IT Operations, Change Management, and Release Management. She has been involved in process improvements, training, designing, and implementing service management processes while working with various IT organizations for multinational clients, banking, and shipping clients.

Tapti conducts regular training on all ITIL modules for corporate multinationals such as Cargill, Dell Inc, Ericsson India, AON Hewitt, Mauritius Commercial bank (Mauritius), Srilanka Telecom (Colombo/SL), BanglaLink (Bangladesh), Grameen Phone (Dhaka).

Thomas is a project management professional with nearly 20 years of experience in global organizations such as Maersk, CP Ships, Reed Elsevier, and HTC Global Services.

He has had senior and practitioner roles with multiple Service Provider, End-User, and IT Best Practice Consulting and Training Organizations, which brings unique experiential learning to deliver consulting and training to meet the business objectives of customers and service providers.

Thomas has been a Prince2 Accredited trainer for more than 6 years.

Vipin is a consultant with over 16 years of varied experience with expertise in IT Governance, IT Service Management, Information Security, and Project Management. He has been involved in establishing and implementing ITIL, SIAM, COBIT Framework, Cloud, and DevOps strategies with leading global organizations across industries.

Vipin has worked as an incident manager, problem manager, change manager, capacity manager, and process consultant for both ITIL and SIAM, in various global organizations such as IBM, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Infosys.

He has been responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly. Vipin’s other experiences include process audit, assessment, and GAP analysis. He is an ITIL, Prince2, and DevOps accredited trainer.
